Gala Details
The online gala on June 26 honored the stars of Riverstone…our staff! Many joined us online as we connected to share stories and love, raising vital funds to support NYC seniors.
We serve 1000s of older adults – making sure that they have a nutritious meal, their medication …… reducing isolation so they can live in their homes and in their communities, with the highest quality of life for as long as they have choice. With your help, we confront the tremendous impact that COVID-19 has on Riverstone Senior Life Services and our mission to change the lives of seniors and their families. This event was filled with excitement, Broadway entertainment and our amazing raffle prizes. Friends and supporters helped us raise $50,000 by buying raffle tickets and donating online to keep New York’s seniors healthy and safe during this time!

We are thrilled to have Broadway Star, Rick Negron perform a special song for us as his part, King George, from the Award winning Hamilton. Rick has performed in many award winning musicals including In The Heights and The Ten Commandments
Mitchell Burgess, Salsa Star
Mitchell Burgess is a special treat as he performs competition level Salsa! Riverstone has touched him profoundly as his dad has started experiencing the symptoms of Alzheimers.
Andrew Kober, Broadway Actor
Rick has been seen in the Tony-winning 2009 Revival of Hair, as well as Les Miserables, She Loves Me, Sunday in the Park with George, School of Rock, and, most recently, Beautiful.
