Helping get rent help due him
Mr G. gets help with vision loss
Mr. G is an 80-year old immigrant from the Dominican Republic who came to New York City over three decades ago and worked most of his adult life as a delivery man and a factory worker. In 2000, Mr. G had to stop working due to vision loss. In 2011, he suffered from a cerebral aneurysm, leaving him with a left-eye deviation and memory loss. Mr. G sought assistance and after vigorous advocacy by Riverstone, Mr. G received the rent support due him.
