Alzheimer’s Foundation helps with outreach

Outreach into the community helps Riverstone spread the important message that help is available for caregivers and individuals with memory loss — and that one does not have to go through this journey alone.

A generous grant from the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America has assisted in Riverstone’s participation in targeted community outreach that has addressed local needs to create change. This outreach also enables us to engage with community members directly, to gather valuable feedback, understand local challenges, and tailor initiatives to make a meaningful impact.
